Refunds
Our Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item with a print error or a visible quality issue, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt.
Please email us at support@intrepidcustomco.com and include your order# and clear photos of the product laid flat in a well-lit area.
Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for general dissatisfaction or sizing issues.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank.
