Welcome to Intrepid Custom Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, intrepidcustomco.com, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

1. Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full before production begins, unless otherwise approved by Intrepid Custom Co.’s staff. We accept payments through credit/debit cards and PayPal. All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees will be included in the final invoice.

2. Order Turnaround

The turnaround time for your order begins once all of the following conditions are met:

  • Full payment has been received.

  • All required information has been provided (e.g., final artwork, shipping details, etc.).

  • Mockups have been reviewed and approved by the customer (custom orders only)

Standard Turnaround: Our standard production time is 7-10 business days, plus shipping time. Please note:

  • Complex orders or add-ons may increase production time.

  • Delays in providing required information or approving mockups may result in production delays.

  • The most accurate turnaround time will be provided in your official quote and invoice.

If you have a specific deadline, please inform us when placing your order. A rush fee may apply for orders requiring expedited production outside standard timelines. If a deadline is communicated after payment and processing have begun, we may not be able to accommodate the request.

External Delays: Circumstances beyond our control, such as weather events, supplier delays, or carrier shipping issues, are not included in estimated turnaround times and may impact delivery. Intrepid Custom Co. is not liable for delays caused by such events.

3. Artwork Requirements

To ensure optimal print quality, all artwork files must meet the following requirements:

  • Resolution: 300 DPI or vector format.

  • File Types: JPG, PNG, SVG, EPS, or PDF.

  • File Size: Maximum of 10MB.

  • Design Specifications: Artwork must be sized exactly as intended for printing.

The quality of the final product depends on the quality of the submitted artwork. Intrepid Custom Co. is not responsible for poor print results due to low-resolution or improperly prepared artwork. We are also not liable for misspellings, design errors, or other issues in submitted files. While we strive to identify potential issues, we cannot guarantee all errors will be caught. Errors present in the approved mockup will be printed as-is.

4. Artwork Approval

All artwork must be approved via a digital mockup sent through email. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review the mockup for accuracy in:

  • Spelling

  • Colors

  • Garment sizes

  • Artwork placement

  • Overall design

Important Notes:

  • The final print will reflect the approved mockup. Intrepid Custom Co. is not liable for errors or changes requested after approval.

  • Changes requested after approval may cause production delays and incur additional costs.

  • Delays in mockup approval beyond 24 hours may result in production delays.

Mockups are typically sent within 24 hours of receiving payment and all necessary materials.

5. Shipping

Intrepid Custom Co. is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, including but not limited to:

  • Delays due to severe weather conditions.

  • Delivery errors by the shipping company (e.g., delivery to an incorrect address despite providing the correct one).

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional costs due to incorrect shipping details will be borne by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products and prioritize your satisfaction. If you receive an item with a print error or visible quality issue, we will offer a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return:

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the product laid flat in a well-lit area.

Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for general dissatisfaction or sizing issues. All sales are final unless the product is defective or contains a print error.

7. Order Cancellation

To cancel or amend your order, use the link provided in your confirmation email. Cancellations or amendments are only possible before the order enters production. Refunds for canceled orders may take 7-10 business days to process, depending on your bank.

8. Holidays

Intrepid Custom Co. is closed on the following holidays, which are not considered operational business days and do not count toward turnaround time:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Easter

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • The Day After Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day

  • The Day After Christmas

  • New Year’s Eve

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intrepid Custom Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order in question.

10. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork to Intrepid Custom Co., you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use the artwork and that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold Intrepid Custom Co. harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of your submitted artwork.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at intrepidcustomco.com/privacy_policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Crawford County, Pennsylvania.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
